Malacca Coconut House

If someone were to ask the best coconut milkshake in Malacca, I pretty sure most of you might consider the one located at Klebang due to it strong publicity among the locals.

However, there's a new outlet in town which i think you guys should give it a try as well. it is located at Bukit Cina slightly opposite the market. The name of the shop is Malacca Coconut House. Sounds familiar right? Those Malaccans might know which restaurant I mean. For the exact location, please refer the picture below.

Apparently, I did come across with this shop few weeks back & I thought it was the one located at Tun Tan Cheng Lock street. They barely open for business one month ago. For your info, the one at Tun Tan Cheng Lock street is more into Italian Restaurant Eatery compare to this one where they are dealing & involve more in providing fresh coconut to customer for business. However, I have no idea why the former was known as Coconut house though.

Frankly, I feel their coconut milkshake may give the one in Klebang a run of their money as the taste is just as great as them. The ice was blend smoothly without any leftover which some customer may find it frustrating. However, the price is the main concern after all as it cost you RM3 compare to the one in Klebang for RM2.2 per cup if I am not mistaken.Furthermore, the area there is difficult to locate parking as well.

As for its Coconut Jelly, perhaps you may give it a try. It cost you RM 4 for one. This is my first time trying it
as so far I don't see any where in Malacca selling such thing. Please do inform me if you happen to come across with. So, I can't really comment on this whether it nice or not. I would just say it is a bit too sweet. Furthermore, it is a bit too pricy as well.

A closer Look at Coconut Jelly

Overall, I would rate it 7/10 due to its pricing even though the taste seems fine with me. Moreover, they do not have a proper or comfortable place for customer to sit & drink as what I saw from there was like just 2 tables & some chairs. More than 70% if the shop was actually occupied by the coconut instead. Hopefully my next visit they will improve it & change their layout so that customer may have a comfortable place to relax while drinking coconut milkshake especially during the hot weather.

Cheers,

Johnson

All this while, I was wondering whether churpchurp.com is paying to their members. Finally, the true is revealed as I received a cheque of RM 99.00 from them early this week. I had been accumulated it ever since 2011. Glad that they are paying & now I can rest my mind to promote their link regularly without worrying that they are scam.
